Dominic Guan

Dominic Guan is a student at the University of California, Berkeley working towards a B.A. degree in American Studies with a concentration in Housing, Community, and Economic Development. While interning at Harvested Financial he joined the team at Community Yield. A child of working class immigrants, Dominic grew up understanding the importance of opportunity cost, budgeting, and finance from an early age. Community Yield's mission resonates with Dominic because he has seen the impact of financial illiteracy and effects of hazardous spending either from temptation, impulse, or social and cultural pressures. In his free time, Dominic enjoys baking, weight lifting, and practicing martial arts.
